Attention knitters! It's time to reconvene and, depending on the interest, learn something new. I have contacted a gal who is willing to teach us how to knit Elizabeth Zimmermanss baby surprise jacket. This would involve 3-4 sessions. The only requirements are that of knitting experience (even beginning knitters are OK) and buying the pattern ($3.00 or so). Before I firm up a start date with her I would appreciate a call from you to confirm your attendance in the class that would begin in October. Please call me at 834-4630 if you are interested. In addition to restocking the supply of prayer shawls, perhaps we could knit the baby sweater as a mission project. Let's get back in the schedule of meeting on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of September which would be Tuesday, September 9. Looking forward to seeing all of you again. - Pat Soderlund
