Hope Lutheran Staff

Hope is blessed with a dedicated, compassionate, hard-working staff, dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ as well as ministering to both the family of Hope and the community.

Pastor Randy Olson comes to Hope Lutheran after serving First Lutheran in Cumberland, Wisconsin from 2000-2004. From 1990-2000 he was founding pastor of Celebration Lutheran in Chardon, Ohio. In 1999 they dedicated their first building, which included a 200-seat sanctuary, gathering area and classrooms on a 13-acre wooded site. From 1986-1990, he served as associate pastor at Parma Lutheran in Parma, Ohio. He is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead and Luther Seminary, St. Paul. Pastor Randy and his wife, Mary, have two grown sons, Matthew and Eric.

Sue Norgaard is Hope's Parish Administrator. Sue holds a degree in Business Administration from UW-Eau Claire. She and her husband, Wayne, have two boys, Joel and David. Sue enjoys traveling, reading and taking the kids to their sporting events.

Aaron "Sturgie" Sturgis is Director of the Youth and Education Ministry. When not hanging out with the youth, you can find him hanging out with his dog, Deuce. He's passionate about mountain biking, cross country skiing, his family and making sure that the youth of Hope Lutheran know that they are loved and are important children of God.

Roxanne Litchfield Holey is Dir. of Worship & Arts. She and her husband Eric, sons Eric and Matthew and daughter Anna Li relocating from Minneapolis and serving Mount Olivet Lutheran of Plymouth. Roxanne currently sings with and has also been the Associate Conductor of the National Lutheran Choir, teaches private piano and voice lessons and sings with a jazz band in Minneapolis.

Leanne O'Bryan is the Director at Rachel's Place. She lives in Menomonie with her husband, Shane, and two sons, Trent and Levi, with a third child due in October 2004. She has 15 years of experience in child care, both in teaching and in management. She has worked at Rachel's Place as a teacher and as an assistant in the office since May 2003. She is very excited to have the opportunity to help the center grow and develop as a place for all God's children.

Vicki Kastel is the membership/financial secretary at Hope. She is a life-long member of this congregation and is involved in the children's choirs, Sanctuary Choir and serves as one of the assisting ministers. Vicki and her husband, Duane, enjoy traveling, weekends at the cabin and fishing. They have two grown sons, Scott and Daniel.

Ann Miloszewicz is the program secretary at Hope Lutheran. She and her husband, Jason, have three boys, Austin, Anthony and Ashton. Ann is enjoying being back in the work force after taking some years off to stay home with their children. She and her family enjoy camping, fishing, walking and biking.

Dan Konwinski is the custodian at Hope Lutheran Church.
